OVERVIEW
This 1986 Defender 110 is perhaps one of the lowest mile, and most original early Defenders out there. It’s a former Cumbria fire department vehicle, and as such was sparingly used and regularly maintained.
A few years ago the Fire Department chose to deacquisition the Defender and it was sold and properly imported to the US.
This right-hand-drive, diesel 110 is a very original example with mostly original paint, including the Cumbria coat of arms on the either door. The interior is like new, and is complete with all the standard tools and equipment. The Land Rover has been well maintained and drives as one would expect from a 7,700 mile vehicle.
The pickup is complete with a new rear hoop set and canvas cover, as well as the original aluminum canopy used by the fire department.
Unlike many Defenders imported to the US and on the market today, this Land Rover is incredibly solid and well cared for and has not been modified or “restored” in any way. Without a doubt, the coolest ranch truck or shop vehicle you’ll find.
