2017 Lotus Evora 400

The history of Lotus cars dates back more than half a century when development was spearheaded by the legendary genius of Colin Chapman. Though decades have passed since his inspired dominance in racing and impressive road cars, every Lotus since has continued the traditions of unique design and innovative engineering - a feature that remains consistent today in the newest series of Lotus cars.

One of very few cars produced with mid-engine and 2+2 configuration, the Evora 400 (first offered in 2015) delivered a powerful punch for passengers via a 400 hp 3.5 liter 24-valve V6 supercharged engine with an intercooler. With a clsoe-ratio 6-speed manual and torsen type limited slip, the Evora 400 catapulted to 60 mph in an impressive 4.6 seconds and achieved a 172mph top speed.

This one owner, 10K mile example is striking in person with the color combination and overall quality. A very spirited and engaging car, it becomes easy to see why the cult following is strong on these!
