1996 Porsche 993 Turbo - PTS

As the era of air-cooled Porsches came to a close in the 1990s, the 993 Turbo was the penultimate chapter for the best Porsche had to offer. Only the later (and exceedingly rare) Turbo S eclipsed this high water mark for an air-cooled 911.

We are biased enthusiasts of the 993 Turbo here at Northwest European having had one in personal inventory for a couple of years and thousands of miles in the past. They are truly something special. Built for Swiss bankers to commute over the alps on the Autobahn, they provide unmatched levels of comfort and power. If you upgrade them with suspension and exhaust (like our example here), they are the best air-cooled offering to see up with modern performance cars and daily usability.

Consider this an affordable and usable 959 alternative - that's where the DNA comes from! It's good to have solid family genes. 

This PTS (Silver Metallic) car just came out of nearly $25K in mechanical refreshing, and shows just over 50K miles.
